1 organic avocados, diced
1 organic Roma tomato, diced
1 organic cucumber, peeled and diced
1/2 organic white onion, peeled and diced
4 Tablespoons fresh, organic cilantro, chopped
2 organic garlic, minced
1 freshly squeezed, organic lime
1/4 cup organic olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Toss all of the ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. Serve!
