2 cups organic coconut oil, melted
4 cups unsweetend, organic, shredded coconut
1 cup organic clover honey
2 bags organic, no sugar added, dark chocolate chips
Place the melted coconute oil in a 9×13 pain. Add both the shredded coconut and the honey. Mix well with your hands. When well mixed, press evenly into the entire pan. On the stove, melt the chocolate chips. Pour over the cocnut mixture. Allow to set up or refrigerate to harder faster. Cut into squares and serve!
